Best advice you could give: You cannot take care of others unless you take care of yourself.

Proudest professional accomplishment: In 2002, El Rio opened two school-based health clinics in Sunnyside School District. As one of the first pediatricians to staff these sites, I helped establish and strengthen the ties between these clinics and the greater Sunnyside community.
